1. Bi-Fold Leather Wallet NUI

- Clean Modern UI: Subtle dark glassmorphism, embossed leather texture, brass corner clips, authentic stitching.

- 3D Medallions: High-res 3D emblems with metallic shaders: Gold, Silver, Bronze, Obsidian Black.

- Dynamic ID Card: Credential card showing mugshot, name, department, rank, callsign ribbon, DOB, age, sex, serial, signature.

2. Multi-Job & Universal Item

- Single Universal Item: Uses standard badge item (Config.UniversalBadgeItem = 'badge'). Displays as 'Job Badge' in inventory.

3. Department NPC Desks

- Criminals can craft unregistered fake department badges via black-market NPC or /forgebadge.
